Terms & Conditions: Headlinings Warranty Protection
Effective Date: April 2026
This subscription is a professional service agreement between Defender Headlinings (The Provider) and the Subscriber. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Coverage

Accidental Damage: Covers sudden, unforeseen tears, rips, or punctures to the fabric or substrate.

Structural Integrity: Coverage against warping or sagging of trim panels under normal operating conditions.

Latent Defects: Extends protection against bonding failures or material degradation beyond the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty.
2. Strict Exclusions (The "No-Dick" Policy)
To keep the cost low for everyone, we do not cover:

Pre-existing Damage: Any damage sustained prior to the start of the subscription or during the 30-day waiting period.

Deliberate Misuse: We do not cover "stress tests," vandalism, or damage caused by pets left unattended for long periods (chewing/shredding).

Neglect & Hygiene: Mold or mildew resulting from known, unrepaired sunroof leaks or window seal failures is the owner's responsibility.

Modifications: Damage caused by DIY cutting, drilling, or the mounting of third-party speakers, roll cages, or internal racks voids the warranty for that specific panel.

Off-Road Extremes: While we love a muddy trail, structural deformation caused by vehicle roll-overs or chassis twisting is a matter for your primary insurance.
3. Claims Process & Fair Use

The 30-Day Guardrail: To prevent "instant claims," no claims can be filed within the first 30 days of a new subscription.

Photographic Evidence: All claims must be accompanied by high-resolution photos. We reserve the right to inspect the damaged part via return shipping before a replacement is sent.

Usage Cap: To prevent abuse, coverage is limited to one (1) full panel replacement or two (2) minor repairs per 12-month rolling period.

Shipping Costs: The subscription covers the product cost. The subscriber is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement part and the return of the damaged unit.
4. Continuous Coverage & Cancellation

Gap in Coverage: If a subscription lapses and you wish to re-subscribe, a 60-day "re-entry" waiting period applies. We may also require a video walkthrough of the interior to prove no damage occurred during the "unprotected" gap.

Immediate Termination: Coverage ends exactly at 11:59 PM on the last paid day of your billing cycle.
