We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received your order, without giving any reason.
To make this process as easy as possible, please choose one of the options below to activate your request.
Option 1: Cancel or Return via Your Account (Fastest)
If you want to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, or start a self-serve return for an item you have already received, you can manage it directly through your customer account.

Option 2: Formal Contract Withdrawal Form
If you prefer not to log into an account, or if you wish to exercise your formal EU right of withdrawal, you can submit your request instantly using our dedicated, secure form.
Pursuant to EU Directive 2023/2673, this is a secure, two-step verification process. You will only need your name and order reference number.
