Defender Headlinings ships products to the following regions:

  • Europe: All EU member states, as well as non-EU countries in Europe

  • International: Selected countries outside Europe. Please check our website for the current list of supported destinations

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping options tailored to your needs:

UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered the next business day

European Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 4–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • UK Customers: Prices include VAT and applicable taxes. No additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

  • EU Customers: Orders shipped to EU member states are not subject to UK VAT. However, local VAT, duties, or import fees may apply and will be collected by the carrier before delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

  • International Customers: Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees not included in the product price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, these are not guaranteed due to possible customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update.

7. Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipments

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or other reasons outside our control, the carrier may leave a card or notification for re-delivery or local depot collection. If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@defenderheadlinings.com within 14 days of dispatch. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@defenderheadlinings.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK, European, and international consumer protection regulations.
